Debugging using Visual Studio 2010

Is it possible to debug unity using Visual Studio 2010?

When I try to debug using monoDevelop, I simply attach the debugger to process.

But when I attach visual studio 2010 to Unity.exe, nothing happens.

Is there any specific process that I need to attach to?

@mweldon is unfortunately right. It works in $$anonymous$$onoDevelop because Unity is using the $$anonymous$$ono version of the .Net runtime, and $$anonymous$$onoDevelop is built for that. But Visual Studio's debugger is using $$anonymous$$icrosoft's C# runtime. While they have identical syntax and probably near-identical implementations, they are considered two different languages as far as the computer is technically concerned. So it's like trying to use the .Net debugger to debug a Java application. It won't work, because they're different runtimes. :(

After test, the Mono 4.0 can debug now.
