ios in app purchase - including more code

I saw angry ant had a way of dynamically compiling c sharp at run time : http://angryant.com/general/tipsandtricks/downloading-the-hydra/

Could this be used to circumvent the ios in app purchase restriction of not downloading new code?

I've been considering a lua interperter - but perhaps this could be another way of getting around it.. the idea is that the game engine would be in the main app, but players can use IAP to purchase more content, which could include custom scripts to further customize the game.
