Dependency error during sequential upgrade to 2018.2.5f1 particles(legacy)
Error:
Project has invalid dependencies:
com.unity.modules.particleslegacy: Package [com.unity.modules.particleslegacy@1.0.0] cannot be found
A re-import of the project may be required to fix the issue or a manual modification of C:/Users/Ryan/Documents/Programming/Unity Projects/Paralore Studio/TheLonelyZombie/Packages/manifest.json file.
I didn't modify any json file, I tried re-importing, and removing any files which might have been referencing particles since we're not using that yet. I removed any particle scripts and folders from the standard assets. I reported a bug, but want to know: How can I debug this issue to resolve it?

Try Help/Reset packages to default
So simple, I can't believe I spent so long looking around. The Help>Reset Packages tool seems to just have removed ParticleLegacy package, which I was trying to do. Good to know unity has a tool to fix things like this built right in. Thanks.
