I need help with the character creation in Unity.
I've downloaded Blender and Make Human. I can make and save a human model in Make Human but it saves as a BMP file and I need it to be a .obj to be able to use it in Blender as I am told but I'm having trouble changing them. Also, Blender won't change from a top-down view and I want it to have a free view.
I've read a few guides but they use out-dated versions of Make Human and Blender.

It looks like you need more practice with Blender, I recommend tutorials, like these and these.
I don't know this Make Human, but why not start with free models, and then change the models to suit your needs.
By the way, click and drag mouse wheel to change view in Blender, and use the numeric keys to change to pre-defined views.
