Character Controller and etc.
Problem is ... when I press play scene mesh of my character jump out from character controller capsule, when I rotate a player mesh rotate around of capsule. The mesh is child of player object and camera too. So how I can fix this. How I can put my player mesh into center of character controller. P.s My Mesh(Bill) has not any collider. For notice, player have parameter rigidbody(if it will help).
You either use a rigidbody or a charactercontroller. Never ever ever ever mix them! If you want to use the charactercontroller, take a look at its move function.

Sorry, but your advice do not work. I removed rigidbody, but mesh of my character still rotate around character controller and is not inside it. Do you know another way to fix it?
The advise still holds up. Because the rigidbodys and the charactercontroller would constantly fight over control of the object. To your problem: when you rotate something the child objects will get rotated to, but around the the parent, not aroun it self. The rotation axis lies by the parent. Could you make some screenshots of your problem and post the rotation part please?
