connect with Server(Host)

most people have problem in connect to server(on internet) ,because i geuss unity3d Network.Connect requests Public Ip but like me havent Public ip.and unity3d cant find server.some times i can connect ,some times i cant.for this problem i guess maybe i can use a host ip for all connection.how can i use a host ip for all people that want play my game!? without public ip problem!? (oh,god my english is so bad)!

tanks!I dont khow enough about Network,but i ask questions of a Network master and he said try this way. i work with PUN before but my game is in unity3d network and that is Complete.just my connection problem not solved.isnt enough self unityNetwork for my game?maybe i can solve it by many code that i dont know!what are other developer like COD or TeamViber doing?
