(SOLVED) Unity 3.5 Developer Preview Undo Problem

Sometimes I can't undo my changes, it just gets an unclickable button in Edit tab and also CTRL+Z doesn't work, too. I first had this problem while editing my terrain but then I had this again while repositioning my GameObject using the Scene view. It is annoying me sometimes, is there a solution for this?
