Visa was charged $1500 but I recieved no confirmation email or serial number

WTF - I just payed $1500 for unity and the payment gliched out. I got no confirmation or serial number or email from unity after I made the payment.

This is not a cool way to start unity. I don't know if I should retry the purchase process with paypal instead of visa or should I just wait. Maybe I should get visa to reverse the payment. Does unity even pick up the phone?

I have sent emails, filled out the contact forms and tried phoning.

Are they open on the weekends? Some of the other threads mention wait times as long as 2 months in order to contact people at Unity. Please thell me this is not true.

Your question was in the moderation que (2 hours old). I'm not sure if anyone here can suggest anything other than contact Unity, as this is a $$anonymous$$nowledge Base for programmers. You could still use the free version until the payment is sorted, then when you have your serial number, in Unity click Help > Enter Serial Number. Hope you get this resolved quickly.

yh contact unity they will be able to see if a payment has came from your card, plus you could always send them a bank statement. i wouldn't purchase unity again i would wait as they may offer you the serial, which will be quicker than waiting for a payment
