See the following list:
http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/35/which-game-portal-websites-accept-unity-webplayers
Feel free to edit the list if you find any have changed their policy or if you hear of a new one.
Here also is a useful article by Tom Higgins on Unity's website which mentions some options: http://unity3d.com/support/resources/articles/casual-business
A rule of thumb: if anyone wants exclusive rights, steer clear unless you get something in return (like a higher percentage.) And even then, you want the non-webplayer rights to stay with you, and ideally the exclusivity clause would expire or be cancel-able by you. I imagine most or all of the portals listed will have reasonable terms, but don't assume, and you may need to ask for a condition to be dropped from the contract before you sign.
Search the Unity forums for discussion on a specific portal to see if anyone had a good or bad experience with it.
Which portals are best depends on your goals, i.e. Shockwave is a big name, but I think they are pickier about what they accept. Wooglie is easy to get on to, very Unity friendly, but has less traffic. Ditto Blurst. I've heard dimeRocker is good if you want to be on Facebook. Etc.
