Hi...

1- How can I make a Rope ( Pull object with it OR climb by use it )?

2- How can I make one object Glow Or Blur ?

I searched a lot before I asked , and the links u put I saw them before , but if u read my question I want to Glow one Object not whole the scene .

and The Rope I wanna something free ...

I can't really help you with glowing objects, I would assume there is an example of a shader that can give you that effect out there, but maybe someone else can help you with that.

As for ropes, there are a few suggestions in that link I sent you for ways of accomplishing ropes. One of those which I have implemented myself is hooking together rigidbodies with HingeJoints
