problem wtih the script attachment

hello friends, i am working on a 3rd person shooter game. i wrote a small script to rotate the player with the camera. it is working fine but whenever i switch to some other project and then switch back to the same the rotate script do not work. if at same time i attach this script to some other gameobject it works.. I don't know what is the problem??please help
