Can you import 3DS max shaders or rendering effects into Unity Pro?
I have been working with a really cool render effect in 3DS max called finaltoon. How can I get the same visual effect I see in 3DS max with finaltoon into the unity engine?

one-shot shaders (in almost all 3d-software) and real-time shaders (in almost all 3d-engines) are completely different. first ones takes a lot of time and makes a one cool picture, but the seconds usually uses fakes to make an imagination of cool effect.
so answer - no. you can't import it from 3ds max. you just can analyze shader or effect and develop fast shader for real-time render that will make same effect (or at least look like) with low calculate time
