how do i convert images to RAW for unity terrain

Question

i have a heightmap but apparently you have to get RAW images, ive looked everywhere, how am i supposed to get RAW image files. thanks in advance.

Photoshop saves RAW images. You can use this to use any texture rather than RAW, but the resolution will only be 8-bit instead of 16-bit.

You can do the same thing with GI$$anonymous$$P (free); Google gimp raw heightmap
