unity remote and unity version 3
Hello,
I've been a happy user of Unity Remote for various prototypes I've put on my iPad. Today, I upgraded to Unity Version 3. Now, Unity Remote (on my iPad) does cannot be used. I receive the error "Failed to initiate connection".
To troubleshoot, I've simply 1. turned off Unity Remote, turned it back on and tried again - same error 2. un-installed Unity Remote and re-installed, turned it back on and tried again - same error.
Question: When upgrading to Unity Version 3, will Unity Remote no longer work on the iPad?
Thank you

It turns out that the AppStore does not have the latest version yet. However, Unity Remote for version 3 is available for download as an extension from the unity site at http://unity3d.com/support/resources/unity-extensions/unity-remote Thus, you need to build and deploy this XCode project to your device (e.g. iPhone or iPad).
Thanks!

It looks like the version in the app store needs to be updated (does not connect to v3). It also looks like an updated version is available from a page on their website. You'll have to build and install it to your phone from XCode.
Not to hijack, but is there an updated version for unity 3.5 for ANDROID? The one in the play store doesnt work for me.
