How to create simple ragdoll for a hanging object on a rope?

I want to create a hanging light or something on a rope or cable, but the ragdoll keeps bugging as hell. It flies away like a retarded snake. I've got 5 bones connected one to the other (Bone-Bone001-Bone002-Bone003-Bone004), I gave them joints (tried all of them) but nothing worked. Any solution?

PS: I wanna use it as a pushable object on a rope. Just imagine a hanging body, that can be pushed by the player.
