GUI begin vertical, to go Up
Hi.
ATM beginVertical adds new buttons/stuff from up-down, is there anyway to add them down-up? Also, is there any way to lock a button/stuff, so it wont get affected by automatic layout? Thanks.

I don't think there is a way to get the BeginVertical to go backwards, but you can use the GUI class to define where buttons should be placed and the automatic layout wont effect it.. Look at this link http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ScriptReference/GUI.Button.html
Well, yeah I know that too..The problem is that it is quite hard to place it at the right position.
Crystalline - create a new gameobject and give it any mesh you want. Position it on the screen where you want your UI element to be seen. Get the position of the gameobject from the inspector and use that for the UI.
Also you could look into getting a UI plugin such as ngui or countless others on the asset store.
