Tank AI script that calculates distance of targets and firing angle
Does anyone have any links to some good examples for a tank AI script? I actually have ships with cannons that shoot arching shells, so the FPS examples are not helping much with the aiming.
There isn't much else to say, just a good example of a tank or ship that chase targets and make the calculations of distance of targets and what angle to fire at.
I'm not looking for an exact code for an answer, just a link to any information or tutorials on the matter.

What you want is the formula for calculating angle required to reach a certain distance
