Question by Nanashi91 · Oct 08, 2012 at 09:50 AM · c#itweenitweenpath

C# - create an iTweenPath in the Sourcecode

Hello,

I was playing around with iTween and iTweenPath to implement some easy move- and rotate-animations.

Now I wanted to try to generate those paths automatically depending on where my prefabs are spawning. Does anyone know a way how i can implement the iTweenPaths in the SourceCode? For example something like:

path.name = "test";

test.node[ 1] = new Vector(0f;0f;0f);

test.node[2] = ....;

Every hint and idea is welcome. Thank you in advance.

Bob Berkbeile has examples for sale on his website for performing various tasks with iTween. I think this example will give you what you need: http://itween.pixelplacement.com/examples.php#randomPaths

Thank you. But the examples are only available for purchase. I want to find a free way first. But I agree if I can´t find a free solution then this would be an option.

I guess the free way is to dig into the iTween source and figure it out alone.

From the iTween site: "iTween is 100% free and available from the Google Code repository link contained in the tab at the top of the page. The examples available for purchase on this page are offered to help explain and demonstrate certain specific techniques and features available in iTween while helping fund the immense effort that has been put into it."

Besides, he is only asking $10 for ALL the examples...
