Game Uploads to Google Store, but Gives Signing Error to Users?

We've run into an odd problem recently, trying to put a game on the Google market. We build the game (signed), and it uploads correctly to the market with no issues. When a user tries to install it though, they get an error about the application not being signed properly. Has anyone experienced this issue and/or knows what's causing it? We've tried:

  • Switching to Java 1.6, 32-bit.

  • Uploading it as a new game to the store, with a different name.

  • Using a new keystore.

Which all result in the same issue - uploads fine, won't install for users.
