Adding comments to the new Unity Developer Netowrk Answers
How do you add comments with the UDN change?
Safari on $$anonymous$$ac works. Chrome on $$anonymous$$ac still showing no comment options.

There were no modifications to the actual QATO engine running Unity Answers. The only time where I neither see any "add new comment" buttons, nor the "edit" button is when I'm not logged in. Is this different for you?
EDIT: Hm, others are reporting missing comment buttons, too, at least on certain devices. See Mike's answere here, for example. With which system are you accessing Unity Answers: Windows, Mac, iPad?
I'm logged in... The UDN bar seems to be interfering with Chrome on $$anonymous$$ac and comments
I can only add that I use Safari on $$anonymous$$ac and just posted this comment. As Wolfram said, no changes have been made to QATO.
I think she meant it works with Safari, but not with Chrome on $$anonymous$$ac.

It appears the edit post link has also been removed...
To me nothing has changed. Well there is now a "send to moderation" in the "more" menu (at least for me ;)). Everything else is the same. The FAQ link is gone, but that's it... I still have an edit button.
Tried to clear the cache and reload the page?
Was looking for the FAQ link, too. It's now at the bottom of the page.
@Wolfram: :) Totally missed it. Good to know, but i guess it won't be recognised better down there...
Very true. Nobody ever looks at these kind of links on webpages. Especially noobs, for which the reading of these particular FAQs should be mandatory ;-)

Since I still cannot seem to comment... Chrome on OS X Lion... Presumably everyone who could post comments is using PC/Windows ?
According to Eric's comment here, clearing the cache of the browser helped: http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/277968/so-how-does-this-new-udn-thing-work-anyway.html
Clearing of cache did not work for e. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall Chrome (which was auto-updated to latest at time of uninstall).. $$anonymous$$ac OS X 10.7
