Pause game music during different other UI activity

Basically I want to pause game music when any kind of other UI related activity happen during game play.

For example, you are sharing something on Facebook or Twitter and these social medias dialog boxes popup into game, when video ads running during game play.

So in these kind of situation, I want to pause game music and resume again when they are gone from game screen.

I hope you are getting, what I am trying to say so please give me some help into this.
