Trees done by brush won't cast a shadow?

Would anyone know why my trees done by a brush won't cast a shadow, but if I add them individually in the Hierarchy and drag them into the scene they will cast shadows?

Check your settings, prefab used in painting etc, - trees done by a brush do cast shadows
