Moving object between two points (script)

Question

Hello, I have been searching the answer to this question in the web for quite a while and have found nothing. I'm creating a platform game and I would like to have a sliding platform along z axis.

Since I know nothing about java/c/boo, I can't script it by myself so any help is welcome.

Use ping pong function I think it's enough you just want your platform moving along an axis ;)
