Changing State of Character Model on Trigger
Hopefully I explain this well.
Basically I have a male character with body armor with 3 states of damage ( perfect, damaged, broken). Perfect = no change in appearance, damaged = armor is cracked/falling apart, and broken = armor part of model is broken off and can see clothes underneath.
My question is how do I approach scripting the armor changing from each of these states based on a damage trigger? Are the different armor states being called upon and if so how?

Do you have multiple UV maps for the body armor? Assu$$anonymous$$g you have something like that, then you could change the material on the body armor based on the state.
