Differences between Android and iOS graphics
Recently I've had some bugs with graphics on the android version of some of my apps. Things that will work fine with on iOS and PC/Mac will cause glitches on Android.
My first encounter with some thing like this was when I was trying to shrink the camera at run time using iTween rect update(later a lerp to see if iTween was the problem) to make a nice transition to a hidden menu. This made a trail of frames behind the camera as it shrank that eventually disappeared once the camera has fully shrunk. It only happened on android but was fine on iOS on a slightly weaker device (Nexus 7 Gen 1 vs iPad Gen 2)
My more recent attempt had a crash caused by not shutting down a webcam texture only on android which led me on a wild goose chase of thinking my IO code and not having access to write files was to blame.
I'd appreciate if anyone could give me insight into this or point me to some good articles on this so I can avoid these platform specific issues in the future.
