Getting 2 colliders, prefab and clone need help please.

hello everyone I'm new here and fairly new to unity

I'm developing a game with ORK framework to save me some time sense its an one man project For now. The problem started when I created a fully animated character and imported it as .FBX The animations work fine. But when my character prefab clone was being generated my character was spawning on the very corner of the map I fixed that by adding a empty game object. However when it spawns in the desired place its generating 2 colliders and one that I have no control of is halfway through the floor So when I move the character it falls through.

Is there a way to save this colliders position while edited in play mode? Because it resets every time I restart play.

Or maybe should I go in monodev and change the code? It's on C# btw

Any helpful input is greatly appreciated.
