FPS Tutorial, 1st step help please!

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with probably the most simple step ever, but Its just confusing me! Here is what it reads in the 1st .pdf

Download
 FPS_Tutorial.zip,
 unzip,
and
open
the
 project
folder
in
 Unity

one, I know unzip means to extract it, but where? I tried extracting it to the unity folder, but it gave me an error saying it is not possible.

and open the projectfolder???

Also, for the next step!!

Import
 the
Standard
 Assets
Unity
Pack age
 from
your
 Standard
 Packages
 folder
 where
Unity
 is
installed. In the fps.zip that it tells me to install, it includes a built-in assets pack to get me setup. When I created a new project (checked all the boxes that was given below the "create new project") I clicked on Assets>import assets package>custom>the assets package that was in the fps.zip. Now, it said there was nothing in any of the multiple folders in the fps assets package when there IS. Can anyone help?
