adjusting a animation to a target from a flying object without raycast?
- i have many spaceships with different animations flying around
- all the enemies shell shoot on the player
- the player is middle positioned and cannot move (it's a turret)
i'd like a straight laser shot animation always firing and coming out from a empty of the flying enemies to the player, regardless the enemy is facing the target or not. at any time. i don't want to use raycasts, cause they really seizing performace on a iphone. is there another method to target a object, which is not moving?
