Its pro only according various posts from UT staff
Without realtime shadows you would only get a restricted amount of use from it, its primary use would be the performance hit from the deferred overhead.

i think i read someplace that for unity basic it will be off :( but lets just hope i'm wrong! ;)
lol i really hope it's not pro only, if it is.. then my game will crash and burn! I need lights lol!
