is it possible in unity to add an add,edit,delete button on my finish game.

for example i have a bldg. and in every office i put information of every personel, Ex.: name: MR. Lasisa Turila age:22 department: IT deparment

what if that personel was move on Engineering department and i want to edit the information? is it possible on unity to have an add,edit,delete button on the user interface not on the developer side? plssss? i need help.
