Can you open the Profiler window and see what is taking the most CPU time? most likely it's a behavior that is taking too long keeping in mind that a behavior will execute every frame?
$$anonymous$$eep in $$anonymous$$d that the Profiler is a PRO feature.
Look under the Window menu... http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/$$anonymous$$anual/ProfilerWindow.html
Ok So What was Discoverd:
Rendering FILLS The CPU Opaque Fills the GPU bar about 85%-90%
Renderer Info:
Rander is pegged out all three Draw Calls Verticals Triangles
NOTE I Tested this on a map with NO TREES and NO GRASS Only Hills a Drivable Jeep a Drivable Helicopter and Zombies that spawn at a slow rate and never go over 40 on the map at once.
