Unity won't start since updating ver 3.3 to 3.4

Unity won't start since updating to ver 3.4. The only popup that occurs is the MS crash reporter "Unity Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell Microsoft about this problem..." I uninstalled 3.4, and then installed 3.3 and it works fine. Then I updated to 3.4 (again) with the same problem.

Any suggestions please?
