Wont import from asset store
hi guys im new here and this is my first question..i downloaded 2 free assets from the asset store but when i click import nothing happens..i have an open project and from what ive seen in the answers section it should automatically enter in the project tab..but it doesnt! i have the latest version of unity (downloaded yesterday) on a mac..i even tried to imort the fiels manually from the unity store folder in the library folder but they are just empty files!!
could anyone help me out please??

It seems that another person is experiencing the same issue from the reviews. However, it has downloaded and imported find for me on a Windows box.
lol the review guy is just me :p but seriously i cannt import it and its killing me!!
i found the solution to the problem..my fault was trying to import the assets n a an old scene..i opened a new scene and everything imported just fine..Thanks to everyone who helped me out!!
Okay theres nothing wrong with my computer or the software i was just being a noob...the solution is to open a new empty scene (i guess everyone knows it) and import these files...sorry for bothering you guys..
It did this for me (running Unity 4.3.4f1 on Windows 7) and i found that when i clicked on 'import' it would just play the ding sound with no error message. The reason why was because the game was currently running, although no error message appeared to state this. I stopped running the game and i was then able to import.
Hi, just be sure to stop the game before you import anything from the store.
