Game window not animating,,Game window not updating

Hello together.

I'm fresh to Unity and just put together a scene with terrain, a few planes, light and two cameras. Everything working fine. I added two elipsoid particle emitters, fine, animating in the game window. Then I added water, played around with several water shaders, settings, installed EasyRoads3D. Now all of a sudden, the game window updates changes I do (add, move planes), but does not show particle animation and waves of the water anymore, seems frozen. What might I be doing wrong? Yes, I pressed play and waited, but nothing happens. Thank you!
