Android an iOS version of Plugin

I am the publisher of a plugin for Unity. It is a Bluetooth LE plugin.

Currently I only have an iOS version of it. I only charge $5 for it.

I am working on an Android version of the same thing. I would like to know the best way to release it.

I could just add it to the current iOS version and still charge only $5. I know this is probably what developers would like.

It has taken me a lot of work, however, and I would like to charge $10 for the combined iOS and Android plugin.

So here is the question:

Should I add the Android version to the existing plugin and raise the price to $10

or

Should I create a new Android version that is also $5 and then add another new plugin that is combined for $10?

Obviously the second option adds more work for me in keeping everything up to date. I am also a little worried it might add confusion to those who want to buy it.

So I am reaching out to see what you all think. I would also love a response from someone at Unity in case there is some kind of policy or best practice in cases like this.

I got a response from Unity that they do not have any particular requirement or recommendation for this. I should just do what makes sense.

I have decided to leave the iOS only version of my plugin alone and simply add a new combined version for $10.

If I get requests for an Android only version I might add one of those, but for now will just assume that most people will want the combined version.
