Skype partially visible trough unity app

Skype is visible trough transparent images. See attached picture. Skype was not in the foreground when the unity app started.

The grey background has its own camera, and the menubar too. The gray background is not transparent, and is behind the menubar. Skype is visible trough some other random ui elements too, that have transparent textures. We use EZ-Gui for buttons.

How is this even possible?

Edit: it's running on a motorola atrix, on android 2.3.4

I would just say its a bug, or skype is open in the background adn can be seen through your transparent parts, i would try making a new project with the same coding. :)

What if you move the skype window? is it also different then? I think that has nothing to do with unity, but skype maybe in general just pops up if any window is at the front ( know that from a few programms)
