Shuriken Systematic Option

Hi,

Is there an equivalent "Systematic" option of the legacy particle system in Shuriken? The "Systematic" option can be found in the mesh emitter component. From the documentation: "If enabled, particles are spawned in the order of the vertices defined in the mesh." I want to use this option to be sure to have 1 particle per vertex on all my mesh.

Thanks

I'm not sure I understand- what option? What does it do?

I've updated my question

Ah, it's only on mesh emitters, no wonder I couldn't find it.

As far as I can tell, no there isn't such an option. What happens if you emit from verticies only and remove any random distribution effects from the emission?

What do you mean by "random distribution effects"? I only have an emission and shape components. I don't see any random distribution. For the moment, each particle is spawned on a vertex, but some vertices receive several particles, while others don't receive any particle at all. Thanks

Looks like there isn't actually a setting for that. Sorry, you're out of luck, until they allow you to parameterise the random particle distribution on the surface of mesh emitters. It definitely uses some distribution algorithm, but if you can't modify it it's not much use to you.
