Best practice for having camera travel along path
Ideally I want to place nodes along a path for my camera to follow. Nodes would be basic gameobjects with defined position and rotation. I want the camera to go from one node to another, interpolating when they hit the nodes so it's not obvious. I'm trying to figure out how to accomplish this code-wise. Or perhaps doing it via anim would be smarter? Thoughts?

Use Lerp and Slerp functions. I make an array of transforms and put a camera on each one so I can see what the view from that point will be. Then disable the camera components when you have that set up.
There's also at least one package in the Asset Store that will just do this, so if you want to save some time, get that.

Might I suggest Camera Path? It was designed specifically to make a camera follow a path with a simple to use interface
