MP3 to OGG Converter, Plugin, Command Line to be used with Unity
Good morning,
I am looking for an easy to use Converter, Plugin, Command Line or library, etc (for commercial purposes) to convert mp3 to ogg (since www class in unity supports ogg only) , so the user can choose an mp3 file to play, then the converter converts it to ogg and then unity plays it. Answers supported with examples, tutorials and detailed explanation are highly preferred.
Thanks.

If you're not limited to the WebPlayer and can use external DLL's I'd recommend using FMOD for this.
Thanks a lot. Do you mean buying F$$anonymous$$OD License, or using F$$anonymous$$OD supplied by unity ( and do I need to pay for this)? How then this could be achieved? Some code would be appreciated.
F$$anonymous$$OD is free as long as your project is non-commercial. Since Unity comes with fmod you might be able to use that dll, but they use a special build and i'm not sure what's different between the unity and the official version. If you found a way to access F$$anonymous$$OD the best would be to use F$$anonymous$$OD as the audio player, as it is able to play mp3 directly, without converting it to ogg.
