NavMesh with geometry mesh generated at runtime
It seems that if you don't bake the geometry in, the navmesh agents will walk right through your gameobjects ... if you have geometry that is generated at runtime, is there a way to bake the navmesh at runtime?

Nope! This is one of my biggest problems with the built-in navmesh system. There is no way to generate a navmesh at runtime- there's not even any simple way to switch between different navmeshes in the same scene!
