AR isn't that trivial stuff. You should make yourself familiar with the basic concepts. I don't think there is any AR package out their with a step by step manual. UART comes with two example projects which shows most features and should explain how to use it (i never used UART or another AR toolkit).
Maybe someone knows other third-party toolkits, but most of them are quite expensive since it's very advanced technology. Tried Google?

However i tried with uart package and when i run some of two examples. Always appear a black screen on play window, i tried with nyartoolkit too and dont work...
I dont know what other plugin are, but the documents about these tools dont exist and its really difficult work with these. Some idea?
Have you read the answer by Sister$$anonymous$$y in the first related question i've posted? There a tons of other AR related links.

Why iSight don't work trough ARC camera?
Hi,
I'm working with qualcomm augmented reality with database target. The same document works fine on PC with its camera, but not on imac. What should I do to make camera playing through Unity? iSight works with Photo booth and quicktime.
Best regards, Tuide
