Change Editor Cursor
Do we have access to changing the mouse cursor in an EditorWindow? If so, how is it possible?
I cannot find an option to do this but it would be nice if it were possible.
Unity does not yet support custom Hardware Cursors (what you're asking for) but one Ninja Camp video suggests they've been working on this internally. I haven't seen it in the feature list for Unity 4 so i can't be certain if it will be included in that version, but it will certainly be nice to have.

Look into EditorGUIUtility.AddCursorRect for a selection of cursors. Or you can always hide the mouse and draw a texture at the mouse position.
Hiding the cursor seems to work, just don't forget to show it again (when outside of SceneView / EditorWindow).
