Upgraded project from 4 to 5 has incorrect rotation on models

I just upgraded my project, and now the models are all rotated incorrectly by 180 degrees around Z. I am unable to find any information about this yet though, as google results are dominated by old posts about this for older versions.

What are teh correct orientations for my model now when exporting? I export from Blender to fbx format. I used to change forward to be Z, and apply the rotation. Now that is causing issues. When I do nothing, it is rotated 270 degrees around X. Very confused. any ideas?
