How to create AI using RAIN indie

Hi! I am new to Unity and know very less. I am learning to make a FPS game currently and I don't know how to add AI enemy using RAIN. Can somebody please tell me complete steps to create a AI that will follow me and also attack me. Also teach me a bit of how to use rain so that I am able to make AIs myself. Thanks. Please help me.
