unity 4 and ios confusion. Help!!!

Hello I am very stuck.

I looked up Penelope project but it is outdated and won't work with unity 4. I was wondering has anyone stumbled on ios game making using Unity 4? I've looked everywhere and textbooks that will be released will not be released until march.

Also I wondered is the ipod touch the same as the iphone as there seems to be a class for android and a class for iphone.. just curious.
