[Error]Serial exceeds maximum number of activatsions
Hi, i subscribed the Unity Pro License 3 months ago, but now i reinstalled my OS(Windows 8.1 64bit), and when i try to re-activate my Unity Pro License, i got the "Serial exceeds maximum number of activations". Following other posts, i sent an email to the support, but after 3 days i got no answers. How to solve this?
Send another email to them. They are the only ones that can solve your problem.
Send to this email: support@unity3d.com And put something about licensing in the subject field and your mail should get prioritized.
Crax please keep in $$anonymous$$d for future license issues that you can "Return" your license key from within the Editor. That will only return the license key for that machine. Also the typical response time for support requests is 5 business days. If you have a technical request though, please refer to the forums.
