Different quality

hello, i create a game project when i try it on my laptop i got a good preview (good rendering quality) and when i try it on another pc i got a poor rendering quality and blured gui . and i want to know that (is it normal to got a Different quality betwen Different pcs?) i used fantastic render quality (player settings). sorry for my bad english
