Move an object along a path created with AngryAnt's Path using UnitySteer

I am trying to use UnitySteer to move an object along a path created by AngryAnt's Path. I went through the Path demo and so I'm all set up to where I can create a path between the object and its destination. Now I need to use UnitySteer to move it along that path. I found some help here where there is some code showing an example of how to integrate Path with UnitySteer. However, I'm not much of a coder so I don't really understand what's going on. Can someone get me pointed in the right direction (pun intended)? Thanks!
