How to do 2d water ripple?

Hi guys, I want to do ripple effect like this. http://unitycoder.com/blog/2011/11/27/2d-waterfluid-fx/ The effect look very nice but i have no idea how to do that. The source code link is expired.. Is there someone can give some hint;)
