iOS target resolution does nothing?
I've been trying out Native, Auto (Best Performance) and Auto (Best Quality) on a number of devices (iPhone 4, iPhone 5, iPad mini, iPad mini retina) and as far as I can see all of the devices are just playing at native resolution.
In Xcode I can see that changing these should change 'resMult' in DeviceSettings.mm, but, well... yeah. I'm not seeing a difference. Am I missing something?
I think you need to describe "does nothing" more, the title alone does not explain your problem well enough to offer any insight.
I don't really know how to explain it better - Auto (Best Performance) and Auto (Best Quality) look like they're supposed to adjust the (virtual?) resolution of the game based on the device, but as far as I can see the resolution is native on all devices.
I was hoping to use Auto (Best Performance) to slightly downgrade the resolution of the iPhone 4 version (and the res$$anonymous$$ult value in Xcode seems to suggest it should), but the game still runs at native resolution.
